I offer sessions online and in person at my Lakeside practice for individual adults and couples.<\/p>\n
I have been a registered clinical psychologist since December 2002 and continue to feel inspired by my work.<\/p>\n
I am kind in my approach and attempt to develop gentle curiosity in untangling the knots of each client’s or couple’s experience. I can also be challenging when required.<\/p>\n
In my view compassionate awareness is key to the therapeutic endeavour. I work primarily from a psychodynamic and relational perspective but integrate other approaches when useful – particularly mindfulness.<\/p>\n
For the most part I work with ordinary people with everyday problems.<\/p>\n
