There’s no magic wand!

When it comes to working with the psyche you – the client/patient – need to be ready to do the work. An important starting point is a general sense of curiosity about yourself and the will to understand yourself better. The therapist may offer questions, insights and reflections that may guide this exploration but there’s no recipe or magic wand.
