Working with self-judgement

When we notice our thinking and what it is going on about – whether it is angry aggressive thoughts or envious thoughts or mean thoughts or whatever it is – we bring kindness and warmth to this noticing. We bring the attitude of ‘it doesn’t really matter’. What we find is that if we don’t judge it then there is some kind of inner ease but if we judge it right or wrong then we get into this kind of inner war which increases our suffering.
