About Belinda Train
I am a clinical psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
My Studies and Registration: I completed my M. Psych (Clinical) at University of the Western Cape and Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa in 2002.
Other experience: I worked in the non-profit sector for several years and then in educational publishing before going back to study full time when I completed my M. Psych and Clinical Internship.
A Bit About my Personal Life: I became a mother in 2008, when I was in my early forties. I’m not sure why I left it so late but for a long time I thought I probably wouldn’t have children. Before that I had focused on settling into and evolving my career and establishing an intimate relationship (which in my case came rather late due to the number of issues I had to work through!) I also had a great thirst for exploring consciousness and spirituality.
